By placing a custom order, you confirm that the garment style, color, sizes, quantities, print locations, and artwork shown on your quote are correct to the best of your knowledge. 3T Print Solutions reviews all artwork and order specifications after payment and before production begins. If we find an issue — an unavailable size or color, a resolution or dimension problem with your artwork, or a mismatch between your notes and your selections — we will contact you using the email or phone number provided before moving your order into production.
Payment secures your place in the production queue but does not guarantee an unreviewed design will be printed as-submitted. Refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis for orders that have not yet entered production.
